the room was nice , bright and spacious. it had good cleanliness with the room cleaned daily and fresh towels and bedding provided. the staff were very friendly and more than helpful , a great asset to the hotel. breakfast was the best meal , i found the choices excellent.
the hotel is in serious need of updating , i noticed. the cover on my bed was worn through , and the carpet had multiple stains. the air conditioning in my room did not work , and the toilet seat was fixed on crooked.

great hotel with amazing food
quadruple roomcomfortable bedall inclusive
i was impressed with the size of the quadruple room we booked it included two tvs and four comfortable beds there was also a sofa bed available. the views from the room were quite nice. the food selection was great with snacks available at all hours thanks to the all inclusive option.

worn sunbedsloud music
the sunbeds were quite worn. their netting was threadbare, so i felt the hard plastic frame the entire time. the music near the pool was loud. it went on late. the bingo games were just as loud later. i struggled to relax. i wish the hotel had invested in better sunbeds. also reduced the noise levels at night.
